Class Descriptions

Our classes are anchored in the methodology of BAPTISTE YOGA. Our studio and teachers will enable and empower you to reach your highest potential. We have built a deep foundation of yoga, community, and love; you will grow physically stronger while expanding your self-awareness. Come practice with us!

Power Yoga Basics:
This is an excellent class for beginning students and students wishing to practice at a more moderate pace. Based on the Baptiste method of teaching, this class combines movement, breath, and meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness. This is a great introduction to power vinyasa yoga; you will learn the basic yoga poses (asanas), healthy alignment, and yogic breathing. Our Power Yoga Basics classes are offered in both our Flow (non-heated) studio and Hot studio. These classes will be sweaty, increase your strength, flexibility and range of motion, and remove toxins and stress from your body. Come get registered at the front desk, meet new friends and get a great mental and physical workout!
Power Vinyasa Yoga:
Get ready to sweat, be challenged, and have fun! Based on the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, students flow from pose to pose – utilizing the principles of alignment, personal awareness and breath. Our classes are physically challenging and creatively designed to transform your body, revive your spirit and make you feel ALIVE. You may want to bring a towel or “yogi toes" - mats tend to get slippery when wet. The Hot studio is heated to 87+ degrees. Classes are designed for ALL LEVELS, although some knowledge of basic poses is suggested. Please note that Power Vinyasa classes range from 60 minutes to 75 minutes to 90 minutes. Vinyasa Yoga:
Our Vinyasa Yoga classes are similar to our Power Vinyasa Yoga classes with a healthy blend of Jivamukti Yoga, Anusara Yoga and traditional Hatha yoga principles. These powerful flowing classes are infused with breathing practices, spiritual teachings and yoga poses (asana). In each class you will connect with your mind and body as you explore your personal power. Change is possible. Taste and experience true liberation! Vinyasa Yoga is designed for ALL LEVELS! Beginners and experienced students are welcome.
Slow Flow Yoga:
Slow Flow Yoga poses promote mobility and healing in the body. Experience deep breathing for personal awareness, relaxation, and less stress. Release the stiff muscles in your back, neck, shoulders and legs and find the relief your body has been asking for. A therapeutic, yet invigorating class, for those who are new to yoga, recovering from an injury or simply want to move at a slow pace with ease and awareness. Our Slow Flow classes are practiced in the Flow (non-heated) studio.
