“A good yoga teacher must have a complete understanding and working knowledge of the science of the yoga postures and a good philosophical base.  A great yoga teacher must have all that, but also be a walking example of truth, support, compassion and joy.  This shining authenticity is revealed through a personal study of  their life and the world in which they live.” ~ Tami Schneider, CYT/RYT, Studio Owner, Cleveland Yoga

“Teaching yoga is a great and noble calling.  It is so much more than just understanding the workings of the body and the proper alignment of the positions.  It transcends the mere physical and enters the dimensions of the entire human condition.” ~ Baron Baptiste
