Sitting in Stillness ~ Meditation Made Easy. Be stress-free. New research proves that meditation reduces stress; blood pressure; heart disease; anxiety…increases mental abilities; focus; concentration; longevity…and creates the consciousness to be in control of your life! Through demonstration, class participation and discussion, JoAnne will give you the tools needed to calm the mind chatter with basic meditation techniques. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely.

Come prepared to practice a few basic yoga postures (to de-stress the body). Most importantly come with an open heart and mind.
