Beginner's Workshop Series ~ September 25th & October 2nd ~ 1:00 - 3:00pm

This is a great way to learn the basics in an intimate non-competitive environment. Cleveland Yoga's Ted Lardner with the assistance of Jenn Harte will guide you through the fundamentals of alignment and breath work as you begin to experience for yourself some of the benefits that arise from practicing yoga such as:

       ~ Increased flexibility;
       ~ Increased strength;
       ~ Cardiovascular and digestive health;
       ~ Sense of well being & relaxation.

In this workshop series you will learn proper yogic breathing techniques, sun salutations, standing poses, back bends and hip openers and will conclude with a deep relaxation. Wear comfortable clothing.

September 25th ~ In this first of the two series workshop, we will breakdown the fundamentals of Sun Salutation A & B and introduce various standing poses (triangle & warrior lunges).

October 2nd ~ In our second series we begin with a short meditation and will discuss and practice breathing techniques (ujjayi pranayama).  The class will the integrate all the poses learned in the previous series workshop and work into additional balancing poses, back bending, hip opener and seated forward bending poses.

Register in advance at the studio or online.  Cost of the two weekend workshop series package is $60.  Individual workshops can be purchased for $35 each.
