From our popular 40 Days To a Personal Revolution Program to our 21 Day Cleanse, we offer informational classes and programs designed for your success. We have found that groups working together can help each other accomplish monumental tasks with ease. Diet and health directly affect the quality of life you experience.
21 Day Cleanse ~ Based on the book Quantum Wellness Cleanse: The 21-Day Essential Guide to Healing Your Mind, Body and Spirit by Kathy Freston, you will be given the tools needed to fully harness the 21-day cleanse and stay motivated. This program lays out a comprehensive plan to turn your life around in each of the areas of body, mind, and spirit. Through group discussions, facebook group page interaction, daily emails and reference to the QWC book, we will work through all the questions that may arise so that you can forever change the course of your life. During the course of the 21-days, you will refrain from eating what is called: “The Big (5) Five” ~ caffeine; alcohol; gluten; animal products; and sugar. What you can expect as a result: more energy; clearer skin and eyes; a profound and deepened awareness of your personal power and the effect you have in the world.
