Cleveland Yoga’s classes focus is on the Baptiste style
of yoga that is an athletic style and flowing form of yoga that
heals, detoxifies the body, mind and spirit at their deepest levels.
If you are a brand new beginner, we recommend you start with our
BASICS classes.
Emphasis is given on the foundational postures, alignment principles,
breath work, meditation and reviving your spirit!
All of our classes (except Power Yoga Sculpt) are practiced in
an 85 degree room.
