Signature Classes
Our classes are inspired by the Baptiste
method of Power Vinyasa Yoga. Our studio and its teachers
are driven by a vision, mission and purpose of the highest calling
that is built on a foundation of time-honored practices and universal
principles.
Power Yoga Basics:
For those wanting basic yoga instruction. This class
combines movement, breath, and meditation to foster flexibility,
relaxation, and self-awareness. This class is designed for beginner
to intermediate students, those recovering from injury, or those
who would like a more gentle flowing class.

Power
Vinyasa Yoga & Hour of Power: Our most popular and
vigorous class! This class moves consistently from pose to pose
- utilizing breath and alignment. Motivating music is played and
the room is warmed to 85 degrees. Our Power Vinyasa classes are
fun and uplifting. Each teacher brings their own unique personality
and experience to each class. This accessible, challenging and flowing
form of yoga will lead you to a state of transformation.
Practice familiar yoga asanas with a creative blend of sequencing
that will help to heal and detoxify your body and mind. Students
find this class creative and stimulating. Our classes are
designed for all levels, however we do recommend that the new beginner
experience our BASICS class or attend one of our monthly BEGINNERS
WORKSHOPS before participating. Note that some class lengths
can be 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Class concludes with a guided relaxation/meditation.

Power
Yoga Sculpt: Combining power vinyasa yoga and the overload
principle from the world of strength training. Experience a creative
blend of traditional power yoga poses along with traditional fitness
exercises to build muscular strength, boost your metabolism, and
to promote muscular balance and flexibility. Class also includes
core abdominal work (yoga-style) and, of course a final relaxation
segment. This class is challenging, stimulating and very effective!
Weighted, streamlined bars and soft weighted balls are provided.
Bring a towel to mop up the sweat! Some yoga experience is suggested.

Specialty Classes
Jivamukti
Yoga: Jivamukti means liberation from separation. Jivamukti
Yoga is hatha yoga practice infused with pranayama (breathing practices),
spiritual teachings, chanting, vinyasa flow, as well as held postures,
meditation, inspirational music and a spiritual theme for each class.
Taste inspiration from the spiritual teachings of yoga. Come and
experience freedom! For all levels.

AVAILABLE
ONLY for PRIVATE SESSIONS: Restorative
Yoga: Restorative yoga is a gentle, soothing practice
ideal for people who are over-stressed, under-stretched, fatigued
or suffer from various illnesses. A slow meditative series of poses
are done using props such as bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks
so the body is supported and can rest for longer periods of time
in the poses. These poses help to bring awareness to the breath,
mind, internal organs and the whole body. Private MEDITATION
