Mindful Meditation: 4 – Part Series w/ Lori Wald | Wednesday April 26th – May 17th
Scientific studies prove that a mindful meditation practice does for the brain what physical exercise programs do for the body. Lori Wald, experienced meditation facilitator, will lead a four part series meant for students new to a daily mindfulness practice or those more experienced. Participants will be introduced to the concept of meditation, and taught to use three simple tools (breath awareness, body relaxation and stillness) to integrate the practice into their daily lives.
Dates: Wednesdays – April 26th, May 3rd, May 10th, May 17th
Cost: $12 drop in or $40 for the entire series
