Unplugged 2.0: Candlelight Slow Burn to Yin w/ Christina Spallina | November 3rd
Our eyes are constantly seeing, processing, and judging information around us. Let’s take a night to unplug from it all with a warm, 30-minute candlelight slowburn flow. You will be encouraged to close your eyes and feel your way through the practice. A deeper, 60-minute yin practice will follow, ending with an extended savasana accompanied by acoustic music.
