Unplugged: Candlelight Slow Burn to Yin w/ Christina Spallina | February 24th
In life, we are inundated with information. Our eyes are constantly sensing, processing, and judging the environment that surrounds us. Let’s take a night to unplug from it all with a warm, 30-minute candlelit slowburn flow. You will be encouraged to close your eyes and feel your way through the practice. A deeper, 60-minute, yin practice will follow, ending with an extended savasana accompanied by acoustic music.
