Yoga Sculpt w/ Danielle Reisman | Begins March 27th
When weight lifting meets yoga, challenge your mind and change your body with Yoga Sculpt! Combining free weights and cardio with power yoga, Yoga Sculpt helps you build strength, tone and lean out muscles, increase your cardio endurance, and boost your metabolism. Set to upbeat music, intensify your power yoga practice with the addition of free weights and strength training exercises like lunges, bicep curls, push ups, squats, and core with short cardio bursts. Bring plenty of water, a towel, and your yoga mat. Weights will be provided.
Danielle will be teaching two classes per week: Tuesdays at 7:00am & Thursdays at 7:15pm (with a bonus class Thursday 3/29 7:00am). For a limited time only, classes will be held at BarreCLE beginning March 27th – May 31st. Your Barre class pass or drop-in can be used to take this class.
Danielle Reisman is a senior at the University of Denver and is spending her last quarter as an undergraduate as an intern at the Cleveland Museum of Art and she is bringing her Yoga Sculpt practice with her! Danielle will be introducing Yoga Sculpt to the Cleveland community and hopes to get everyone hooked. Danielle completed her Yoga Sculpt teacher training with Corepower Yoga in 2017. She also completed her 200 hour RYT training with Corepower Yoga in 2016. She loves teaching both the Yoga Sculpt and Power Vinyasa/Vinyasa style, but the high intensity of a Yoga Sculpt class inspires her each and every day. Known for her upbeat tunes and HITT circuit training combined with dynamic power yoga sequencing, she has accumulated a strong following in the Denver community and she is thrilled to bring Yoga Sculpt to her hometown.SIGN UP
