Christina LaMarca received her 200-hour teacher training with Tami Schneider at Cleveland Yoga in 2009. She continues to train with and learn from a variety of teachers including: Jonny Kest, Bryan Kest, Kathryn Budig, Tiffany Cruikshank, Tami Schneider, Marni Task, Ted Larder, Terri Bahr, and the rest of the CY teaching staff.

What gives you peace?
A great song, a movie I enjoy so much I can quote, watching my daughter learn and laugh, nights on the couch with my husband, and a tough, sweaty, focused, inspiring practice.
Favorite yoga pose and why?
Natarajasana because it requires balance, focus, and an open heart.
The pose that challenges me the most:
Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand), an irrational fear that my arms will break.
Best advice you have ever received:
“Don’t plan, just Do You.”
