Yoga Classes for Beginners

When you are first starting yoga at Cleveland Yoga, beginners and first time visitors are recommended to start with our Slow Flow or Power Yoga Basics classes.

Please note that Power Yoga Basics is still challenging, but the class adheres to basic poses and does not include inversions.

  • A great tip is to be on the lookout for our Beginner’s Workshops, because they are the fastest way to jump-start your practice.
  • If they do not work with your schedule, contact us and we will work with you to determine the best way for you to begin your practice with us.

Remember…be patient with your progress. It’s a practice. Every time you come to your mat, you will experience different feelings and emotions during your practice…and that’s perfectly okay! Over time, you will become familiar with the poses and eventually become comfortable in any class on our schedule, because your practice will be your own!
