New Slow Flow and Updated Flow Studio Schedule

CY’s Slow Flow Program has always offered our community an opportunity to flow through the Baptiste practice, at a gentler, more deliberate pace. By no means easy or simple — these classes are challenging and focus on holding, stretching, twisting, detoxing and restoring.  If you haven’t tried Slow Flow already, take a class and experience the difference for yourself!

This updated Flow Studio schedule begins Saturday, March 16 (unless otherwise noted).
