What informs your practice: I feel like my breath has become an indicator of what my practice will be like
Your advice for beginner yogis: just do it… you don’t have to be flexible… yoga is for EVERY body.

The best advice you've ever received: Have fun (my mom says it all the time!)
What's your teaching style: focused on alignment, point-to-point instruction… my style is clear and concise… I am a minimalist teacher
What do you do for fun: Spend time with family, friends, my dogs, organizing anything I can.
What are you most grateful for: The fact that I was able to make major changes in my professional life and find true happiness as an educator after age 50!
