Why did you start practicing yoga: Growing up, I did various styles of dance. Yoga felt like a sustainable continuation of the flexibility, strength, and grace that I already had established in my body.

What's your teaching style: Baptiste. I teach from the Baptiste Journey Into Power sequence and Baptiste methodology because it works.
