What can’t you live without?
I can’t live without my family, friends, and yoga.
Yoga has so many benefits, but I really like that yoga is also my isometric training workout. It seems easy, but after a few breaths the isometric challenge of holding the pose will have me sweating.
What/Who inspires you?
I am inspired every time I enter through the doors of Cleveland Yoga. I am greatly thankful to the owner, Tami Schneider, the staff, students, and all the teachers that continue to foster my learning, inspire me to grow, and most of all the positive nurturing relationships I will have a lifetime.
Favorite yoga pose and why?
Half moon pose is my favorite pose. Half moon makes me feel free, calm, and open. I become truly balanced in my mind, body, and spirit.
Secret comfort food.
Chicken paprikash and Palacsinta (Hungarian crepes)
