Cleveland Yoga teacher Ylonda Rosenthal-Greene is a certified yoga instructor as well as a classically trained cellist who has been performing for over 20 years. After discovering yoga in 2009, she completed 3 different 200-hour trainings and a 300-hour yoga teacher training in 2015.
Through her studies of yoga, Ylonda fell in love with many of the traditional aspects of the practice and its philosophies. On a soul searching trip to India in 2014, she discovered how to combine music and art into her yoga teaching. She has since studied sound healing in the U.S.A, India, and Mexico. By using a number of instruments for sound healing, combined with her voice and vinyasa yoga, Ylonda’s class is geared toward finding fluidity in the body and harmonizing strength and flexibility. She infuses her storytelling abilities with spirituality and her training as a professional musician to create a dynamic yoga journey for each student.
