Workout enthusiasts, this one is for you! Join Ilene Friedman and Jody Trostler to discover how the healing practices of Yoga and Barre can take your current physical activities to new heights. This workshop will provide you with a clear understanding of how to access mobility, awareness, and deep tissue release in your body. Most exercises involve forward movement and focus on larger dominant muscles whereas barre focuses on smaller supporting muscle groups that help to support joints often impacted most during fitness and exercise. Combining barre techniques with the dynamic postures of yoga that increase flexibility and blood flow and you have one healthy body.
