I create a supportive environment where students feel confident to take risks, ask questions, and engage with curiosity. Laughter, creativity, and empowerment are central to every session.

Expect fiery flows, upbeat music, and a playful tone that keeps things light—even when it gets intense. You'll be challenged physically, supported mentally, and encouraged to show up as your bold, authentic self. We’ll move with intention, laugh through the wobbles, and leave the room stronger, lighter, and more connected.
Personal Inspiration: I'm inspired by the power of movement to transform not just the body, but the way we show up in life. My teaching is rooted in the belief that growth happens when we meet challenge with curiosity, compassion, and courage. I’m deeply influenced by mentors who lead with strength, presence, and play—and by the magic that happens when people feel safe to be fully themselves. One of my favorite reminders, both on and off the mat, is: “Let them, and let yourself.” Let others be who they are, and give yourself the same freedom. That permission is powerful—and it’s the foundation of every class I lead.
Outside the studio, I’m usually off hiking with my women’s group, hosting free meditations, dancing like nobody’s watching in the kitchen, or scheming my next travel escape or concert night.
