The Yoga Assisting Intensive Weekend aims to enhance your knowledge and skills as a yoga teacher by focusing on the power of touch.
Overall, this weekend program aims to help you reconnect with your identity as a yoga teacher and enhance your abilities to use touch in a clear and confident manner.
About the Weekend​

Under the guidance of Tami Schneider, Owner of Cleveland Yoga, and Scott Supler, both renowned yoga trainers, you will discover the how-to’s and benefits of physical touch. Learn how hands-on assists can enhance overall well-being, promote healing, reduce stress, and positively impact your students, helping them achieve healthy alignment for years to come.
Through detailed demonstrations, discussions on basic anatomy and alignment, and effective communication techniques, you will gain confidence in giving adjustments and forming meaningful connections with your students.
These practical tools can be put into practice immediately, allowing you to stabilize, empower, and awaken the physical body and spirit of your students.
Who is this program for?
This program is great for all levels of yogis looking to understand the yoga poses and to learn through hands-on adjustments of the body.
Teaching experience is recommended but not required to participate in this weekend program. If you are not a yoga teacher, but this program has piqued your interest in practicing, we warmly invite you to join us. We are confident that you will gain valuable tools and fresh perspectives that will enhance your practice and deepen your understanding of movement and proper alignment. ​
