TRAINING MINDFULNESS

Recent studies show that our younger generations’ mental well-being took the biggest hit from the pandemic. The powerful alignment techniques and mindfulness of yoga have the opportunity to help our teens and young athletes to care for their minds and bodies. This program is for teens who are in the development of their craft. Whether they are ballers, golfers, scholars, gymnasts, swimmers, tennis, musicians, artistry, dance, etc., -- the intention of this training is to empower the greatness that lies within the layers of our next generation of leaders, innovators and those preparing to inspire.

SPONSOR A PRODIGY:
Cleveland Yoga Community Cares-Scholarship Program

Cleveland Yoga is excited and proud to offer a unique opportunity this summer for teens. We all experienced the challenges of COVID-19 and the teenagers are no exception. Studies have shown that anxiety and depression has skyrocketed in this demographic and we also know the benefits of yoga for athletes both physically and mentally.
Our goal is to make this affordable and possible for ALL teens regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
As a part of the Cleveland Yoga community, we are asking for you to consider donating to a scholarship program that would allow for 5 scholarships.
Cleveland Yoga is making the first donation fully sponsoring 2 teens in the program.
