Learn to lead the powerful benefits of yoga! We are proud to train youths from area high schools and beyond - providing them with wellness tools and confidence that will support their growth for a lifetime.
PROGRAM DETAILS​
WHO:
For teens ages 15–19 ready to grow as leaders, gain confidence, and become certified yoga teachers. This one-of-a-kind Northeast Ohio program—now in its 5th year—empowers young people to discover their potential and build real-world skills that last a lifetime.
WHAT:
3 Spaces. 10 Days. One Experience That Transforms You.
Upon completion of our uniquely designed program, you will earn credentials to become a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Participants complete all training hours and projects during the 10-day immersion, followed by a 3-month self-paced study that includes leading live community and donation-based classes.

If certification isn’t your goal, you can still join us.
Experience the full 10-day immersion as a personal retreat and deep dive into the practice of yoga—at 50% off.

Forming relationships with people of all ages, especially the younger individuals allows for a broader range of perspectives. Having it in the summer allows for more college students to enroll and I believe we can learn so much from the younger individuals who are in school.
