Why did you start practicing yoga: I was stressed at my old job and yoga actually gave me the courage to leave my old job!

What informs your practice: What gives me joy

Your advice for beginner yogis: Allow yourself to be in a new space, be okay with not knowing and be a curious beginner. Trust that if you want it and you show up consistently you will accomplish your goals and much more.

The best advice you've ever received: Your words are your world.

What's your teaching style: Creative, athletic, challenging and fun.

What do you do for fun: Anything with my family! We love visiting our lake home in Lake Geneva, WI and taking ski trips in the winter. Personally I love home decor, cooking and working out!

What are you most grateful for: My family, so cliché. But truly my husband Brad and son Paxton are my world. They give me so much love, joy and support.

What brings you peace: My home, my yoga practice and evening cuddles on the couch.

Where is your happy place: HOME!

Who/what inspires you the most: Seeing women in my life succeed and elevate their dreams. Since leaving the corporate world and no longer having a "boss" creating my own business has seemed daunting. But the women leaders in my life inspire me and give me the courage to rise up with them.
