What informs your practice: The energy of the space, the people, the breath
Your advice for beginner yogis: Keep practicing and trying new things! Be open to variations in poses and do what feels good!
3 words to describe you: Warm, patient, attentive
The pose that challenges you the most: Crow pose
The best advice you've ever received: Wherever you go, there you are
What's your teaching style: My teaching style is fun and lighthearted, we will sweat but we will definitely have fun!
What do you do for fun: Cook meals for family and friends, go see live music, eat and drink at the delicious restaurants in Cleveland and grocery shop. I love the grocery store.
What are you most grateful for: My life, my health, my amazing wife and family, my close friends and the ability to move my body.
What brings you peace: Slow weekends at home with the family, road trips, laying on a beach (or by a pool), cooking, going on walks in the metro parks
Where is your happy place: California (Or maybe… Las Vegas)
Who/what inspires you the most: Watching people come into their own, trying and failing and trying again, and eventually coming out on top as their true selves despite any circumstances thrown in their way. Those stories truly do inspire me
