Why did you start practicing yoga: I needed to try something new to release stress and pain I was feeling because both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer.
Mantra or daily affirmation: I Am Bella/ Beautiful… The truth will set you free but the truth is you have to want to be free…
Favorite book: Bible
Your advice for beginner yogis: Don’t compare yourself with others. Make practice frequent. Modify postures for your body. Keep showing up to breathe and move even if that means sitting in meditation. From personal experience I can’t promise you that yogi gets easier because I’m challenged every time I show up, but I can promise you’ll get stronger.

What do you do for fun:Throw parties for couples, Take vacations with family, Use my husbands credit card ;)
What are you most grateful for: Life! I'm grateful to have peace in my mind and love in my home. I'm so grateful for my family.
