Yoga is a dance of dealing with what is, and allowing yourself to fully experience whatever you’re experiencing right here, in the moment. In life, we so often resist what we don’t like or don’t want to do. Here, on your mat, is a safe opportunity to see what’s on the other side of that. Physical asana is a measure of some higher possibility. Put your attention on what you want to have happen and be for it, and watch the magic unfold.

Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga
Our signature class! Led intentionally, students flow from pose to pose utilizing alignment principles, personal awareness and movement with breath. This class is creatively designed to transform your body and revive your spirit to experience new possibilities for yourself. Classes are heated to 88+ degrees. Bring a towel to wipe up your sweat! Designed for all levels of fitness, we encourage you to scale your practice up or down depending on your desired level of intensity for any given day.
Power Yoga Basics
This is an excellent class for beginning students and those who want to move at a moderate pace. This class combines movement, breath, and meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness. Our Power Yoga Basics classes are offered in both our Flow (non-heated) and Hot Studios. Increase your strength, flexibility and range of motion, and feel the tension in your body and mind dissolve away.
This class takes you through a slow moving practice designed to promote mobility and healing for your body. Move, breathe, and experience relaxation from stress and tightness. Find release from stiff muscles in your back, neck, shoulders and hips. A therapeutic, yet invigorating class for those who are new to the practice of yoga or for those wishing to move their body with a calming ease and awareness.
Our 200 hour yoga teacher training offers an unparalleled combination of knowledge, real-life influential leadership and technical skills. Together, these qualities will help you understand the connection between your yoga practice and your life. You will walk away from this training not only to be a better yogi, but a person ready to make a difference.
