Slow Burn yoga combines the strength-building of vinyasa with the pace and mentality of slow flow. In this class, you will be challenged physically and mentally, without being hustled from pose to pose. Long holds, an emphasis on breath and alignment, calming music, and moderate heat define this class. Slow Burn starts slowly and builds in intensity, and ends with deep stretching and a long savasana. Come prepared to work, release, and get into your body.
