Take a deep dive into your hips and hamstrings. This workshop will focus on warming up the body through a simple, targeted flow. Then we move the energy down to the floor for deep Yin postures. Yin is a blend of tension and release which will help you find balance whether you have hamstrings that are too tight or overly flexible. This workshop is designed for all levels. People who will benefit from this workshop the most are: people who sit at desks, people who stand all day, runners, cyclists, power yogis, moms, dads… you get the point. Everyone can benefit from a Yin yoga practice. Plus, enjoy an extended savasana at the end.
